Michael Strong

Michael Strong is the founder of The Academy of Thought and Industry.  He is also the lead author of Be the Solution:  How Entrepreneurs and Conscious Capitalists Can Solve All the World's Problems.  He has led several innovations in law, governance, and culture, including signing the first agreement with Honduras to create a Startup City, creating the idea of a "Startup City," and creating the Academy of Thought and Industry as an innovation in culture.

Erica Speegle studied Film & Digital Media in college and then attended French pastry school, only to discover a love for education. Among other things, she has published a novel and has written content for several indie gaming companies. She brings liveliness and enthusiasm to her role at ATI and is pleased to be a member of this wonderful learning community.

Kristina Read Tambunga

While her high school years were spent in the Austin area, Ms. Tambunga graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, with a BA in organizational leadership. After navigating the business world for many years in a variety of industries, Ms. Tambunga found her true passion in teaching.

Magatte Wade

Magatte Wade is an African entrepreneur who has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum of Davos, has appeared on the cover of Forbes Afrique, is a TED Global Fellow and TED speaker, and has been featured in several documentaries on African poverty, including “Poverty, Inc.” And “Made in Meckhe.”

Ann Orsinger,

Ann Orsinger

Ann Orsinger completed her undergraduate studies at St. John's College in Santa Fe. After St. John's, she attended the Logic and Philosophy of Science Department at the University of California, Irvine. She then received a second masters degree at the University of Texas, Austin, writing her dissertation on developing democratic civic virtues through aesthetic education and design.

Jennifer Fu,

Jennifer Fu

Jennifer Fu has a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Case Western Reserve University, a NAMTA/AMI Orientation to Adolescent Studies certificate, and International Baccalaureate training for Chemistry and Physics at the Higher Level. She worked as a science guide at the Montessori High School at University Circle in Cleveland, Ohio, prior to moving to St. Louis, MO. Ms. Fu will be a founding guide for ATI St. Louis, the first Montessori-IB high school in the city.
